#1  What is your service area?

Delivery and pickup are only available within a 50-mile radius of our office location, 3912 Abel Drive, Columbia, PA 17512. If you have any questions, please call (717) 681-6211.


#2  Can I extend, change, or cancel my reservation?

Of course! If you need help changing your reservation, please contact us at (717) 681-6211 or [email protected] during business hours.

For a total refund, cancellations must be made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off date and time. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window are subject to a $50 service charge.


#3  What should I do if I receive a damaged tote?

- If you receive damaged totes.

Please notify us ASAP so that we can deliver the totes or reimburse your cost.

- If totes are damaged during the rental period.

Customers are responsible for the repair or replacement cost. Please make sure to take good care of our equipment!


#4  How/When will I get the totes?

All your reserved equipment is delivered to the selected address with our electric van. Our team will contact you 2- 3 hours before your reserved time.


#5  Are the totes clean to use?

Each tote is cleaned and disinfected between rental periods following CDC guidelines.


#6  Do you provide long-distance tote rentals?

#7  How early should I reserve my totes?

To be comfortable, please order your totes at least 2 weeks before your move.
